Steel tube space frame. Blasted surface protected by zinc primer and polyester powder coating by Redditch Shotblasting. New Grinnall designed CNC billet top yoke and fork bridge providing revised steering geometry with reduced trail, guaranteeing precise handling, bullet-like straight-line handling, light steering and zero tremor.
Body
Fibreglass reinforced polyester, manufactured by hand, 2-pack paint finish. Standard BMW Motorcycle colour range. Bespoke colours at extra cost.

Motor Type: Four-stroke, two cylinder, horizontally opposed "Boxer" engine, air cooled.

Rear Suspension: Grinnall CNC billet alloy uprights with double wishbones in oval tubing, unequal length, pivoting on stainless spherical joints. Inboard concentric coil springs and adjustable oil dampers. Inboard anti-roll bar. Adjustable tracking.
Ignition System
Electronic ignition, Bosch Motronic MA 2.4. Twin spark from December 2002.
Alternator
700 W three phase alternator.

Brakes
Front brakes: 320mm floating discs, 4 piston calipers. ABS and Servo Assistance on some models.
Rear brake: Hi-Spec 2-piston calipers acting on 254mm diameter discs (2). Parking brake variants: Models fitted with reverse have mechanical caliper acting on the reverse disc. Non reverse models have mechanical devise incorporated in the rear calipers. Goodridge stainless steel braided brake lines.
Wheels-tyres
Front: Standard BMW fitment wheel and tyre.
Rear: There are two choices of wheel:
1. Rimstock light alloy one piece wheel. 7 x 17in.
2. Bespoke Image Multi-Spoke, 3-piece billet rear wheels to match the style of the front wheel. 7 x 17in.
Note: We can supply a new BMW front wheel if required.
