Computer optimised lightweight steel tube space-frame. Blasted surface protected by zinc primer and polyester powder coating by Redditch Shotblasting.

Body
Hand laid glass-fibre/Kevlar composite, bonded to the space frame. Bolt-on flat alloy floor pan. Hinged engine cover, clip-on front panel, tail section removable for full drive-train access. Wheel mounted cycle wings.

Engine
Transverse, mid-mounted Audi 1.8-litre turbo, 4-cylinder, 5-valve motor, re-manufactured and tuned by Jabbasport. Performance from 250bhp to 370bhp (1800cc) to 500bhp (1900cc). Bespoke AH Fabrications water-cooled charge cooler, twin radiators for engine and charge cooling, Spal cooling fan, ITG air filter. Red Top sealed battery.

Fuel System
Re-chipped Bosch Engine Management System (EMS) with knock sensors. Alternative OBR Racing EMS for higher power output. Bespoke AH Fabrications twin alloy fuel tanks, centrally mounted for added safety, internal tank mounted high pressure pump, external low pressure scavenge pump with weir system for high speed cornering.

Transmission
RWD. Getrag 6-speed manual transmission. Optional limited slip differential. GKN drive shafts.

Clutch
Standard Audi clutch, hydraulically operated. The recommended option is a lightweight replacement flywheel and an American-sourced organic, single plate high performance clutch . This reduces the flywheel effect for faster, smoother gear shifts. AP Racing master cylinder.

Suspension
Front suspension: Double wishbones, Aircraft specification rose jointed, Grinnall designed CNC billet uprights, inboard Eibach coil springs over dampers custom made to Ohlins quality by PHM Engineering, Belgium.

Rear suspension: Ultra rigid transverse radius arms mounted on ball joints, CNC billet bearing housings, Eibach concentric coil springs over dampers custom made to Ohlins quality by PHM Engineering, Belgium.

Brakes
Front and rear brakes: HiSpec billet 4-piston calipers. Lotus 283mm vented discs. Adjustable braking bias via two AP Racing master cylinders. Lever operated instantly adjustable peddle box. Goodridge braided hoses.

Steering - RHD or LHD
Titan Motorsport steering rack, 2.5 turns lock-to-lock. Pinion variants and adjustable mesh engagement. Grinnall alloy sliding steering column running in sealed needle roller bearings. The column is adjustable for height and reach. Momo 'Formula' steering wheel and hub. Optional Momo snap-off hub. All controls and switch buttons are set in a binnacle arranged around steering wheel and attached to column which moves with the column when adjusted.

Interior
Two orthopedically designed seats, side by side. Simulated leather fabric, optional Alcantara upholstery. Optional full size seat side support pads to improve cornering support. Lever operated adjustable pedal box, Luke 4-point safety harness, twin T45 roll over bars. SPA electronic instrument cluster with rev-counter and speedometer, plus readouts for water temperature and fuel level, lights, high beam, turn signals etc. Timed momentary directional indicator switching, Autowatch keyless ignition system, red lift up ‘Missile Launch’ on/off switch, starter button.

Exhaust System
Material: Stainless Steel including high-performance cat. Optional non-CAT for track use. Exhausts spplied by Scorpion Exhausts.
